The objects of our society are:

a) To promote and encourage interest in wool and in the art and skill of sheep shearing and woolhandling.

b) To promote, arrange, control and carry out contests, competitions, championships and displays and encourage any and all other activities to further interest in shearing and the use of wool.

Our vision for the future is to continue to grow our contest, showcase and promote uses of wool and hold the world shearing and woolhandling championships.
